DirectX 11 from AMD,have been released?

Is the picture shown above is a DirectX 11 graphics card?
AMD itself, there has been no confirmation of DirectX 11, which reportedly will be released quarter four 2009.
Images obtained from Chiphell, a glimpse of this mysterious graphics card similar to Rodeon with architecture 40nm HD 4770, AMD launched the beginning of the year .This card looking like a dual slot solution, and have noticed a lot of slot slot. DVI, HDMI, and Display output port, already existed, with 1GB GDDRS VRAM.6 pin plug Pcle appears at the bottom of the card.
If true, this card is the first AMD graphics card with DirectX ready 11.Maybe AMD will launch this product, together with the release of Windows 7.
